*Senior Lead Java Developer (Content Management solution exp required)* *Location: Alpharetta GA* *MOI: Phone+Skype* *Client: Ernst & Young* *Duration: 6 months* *(**GC or Citizens only)* The Content Technical Lead is responsible for the technical delivery and ongoing maintenance of the Content Management solution for the Audit Transformation program. The Content Technical Lead coordinates and manages a team of development resources to enforce process and review output of developers to ensure predictability and quality of deliverables. The Content Technical Lead will have full responsibility for all development activity, and will work closely with 3rd party vendors to implement and deliver the Content product roadmap. *Skills:* · *Strong Java web development skillset* o 8+ years of development experience with large scale web development o 6+ years of Java/J2EE experience o 6+ years of SQL Server and Oracle experience o 6+ years of Web Service (SOAP, RESTful) experience · 4+ years of experience implementing leveraging commercial software packages (Ovitas, Adobe, EMC, OpenText, etc.) · Experience and ability to lead and task manage software engineers and provide appropriate level of guidance and oversight to ensure delivery of engineering deliverables. · Experience design and implementing technical solutions based on functional and business requirements · Ability to understand, debug and optimize large and complex code bases · Project Management skills and knowledge of Agile Development Methodologies and frameworks such as SCRUM. · Familiar with Team Foundation Server. *Job Description:* · Receives direction and provides status updates to the IT Service Delivery Manager · Manages a team of software engineers, providing the appropriate level of guidance and oversight to ensure successful delivery of the content solution · Understands the technical details, integrations, and functions of the Content Management solution · Provides technical direction and expertise in both Java development and Content Management · Develops and confirms estimates, defines project tasks, tracks status and ensures development activities are completed on schedule · Proactively identifies technical risks and constraints, defines mitigation plans and manages issues · Communicates effectively and consistently within the team, with peers, the leadership team and the peers in other IT groups · Collaborates closely with product owners, project managers, architects, business analysts, quality control, and other teams throughout the SDLC · Reviews all technical deliverables, artifacts and code from developers and external vendors · Translates requirements, design and architecture deliverables into detailed technical specifications · Ensures timely resolution of functional, performance and security defects · Facilitates technical troubleshooting and identifies root causes to complex issues · Coordinates changes across systems and ensure technical integration across teams *Thanks & Regards,* Prateek Chaudhary Sr.Talent Acquisition | TekShapers Inc.
