                Experience in SLA based Production Support or Application
Operations support, weekend / night                   On-Call support.

   -          Experience with Client Interaction, Status updating,
   Onsite-Offshore Coordination, Team handling expertise (*MUST*).
   -          Experience in Weblogic Server Administration 11g -
      -   Installation of Domains and Managed Servers
      -   Weblogic Admin Configurations (JDBC Connection pools, JMS,
      Filestore, Bridge etc)
      -   Clustering, Load balancing, Deploying Applications (JAR, EAR,
      WAR).
      -   Server fine tunings and Performance enhancements
   -          Knowledge on following:
      -   Oracle Application Server 10g - concepts and deployments
      -   Oracle Identity and Access Management (10g or 11g), Sun LDAP,
      Webgate / Accessgate concepts
      -   Oracle HTTP Server and Apache Servers, iplanet servers.
      -   SOA Components:
         -   OEM (Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 12c)
         -   Web Service Manager OWSM Administration
         -   Oracle Service Bus 11g & Oracle SOA Suite 11g
         -   Installing Oracle SOA Suite 11g
         -   Managing SOA Composite Applications
         -   Administering the SOA Infrastructure
         -   Administering BPEL Process Service Components and Engines
         -   Tuning Performance of Oracle SOA Suite and Components
      -   Configuring monitors on Sitescope, managing Certificates & Web
      Security
      -   Disaster Recovery and Failover support
   -          Moderate experience in Scripting language(Shell/Python/Ant)
   and Source code control tools (SVN, Hudson)
   -          Good knowledge on command line usage in UNIX / Linux
   Administration
   -          Troubleshooting issues related to emerging applications,
   server configuration and changes.
   -          Analyzing log files, thread dumps, Heap dumps, Core dumps,
   Exception Stack Traces.
   -          Monitor and support performance testing by interpreting test
   results and recommend changes.
   -          Have better knowledge and understanding in
      -   Managing Incident, Problem, Change & Release
      -   Service level, Availability and Capacity
