*Job Description:*
- 8-10+ Years of experience
- Experience in Cisco OS (CTI) (Architecture, configuration
etc)
- Experience in Cisco UCCE (Unified Contact Center Enterprise)
configuration
- Experience in CTI toolkit (Agent / Supervisor desktop)
- Experience in Toll free number configuration (DDIS, DID, DS3)
- Should have experience in architecting call flow (call type,
route points, skill groups), IVR prompts and voice scripts.
- Knowledge Experience in ANI (Automatic Number Identification)
with SAP CRM integration is a plus
- Knowledge/experience in Network manager , Bucher + Suter
Connector (for SAP CRM-CTI integration) is a plus
- Knowledge/Experience in intelligent call routing
tool/application is a plus.
- Excellent coordination skill
- Excellent communication skill
- Must have ability to coordinate with multiple teams
Project management skill
