*Please Email updated resume of your consultant to **[email protected]* <[email protected]> Position: *Java Developer* Location: Philadhelphia, PA Duration: 6+ Months *Need Locals who can do Face to Face Interview* *Job Description*: · Client is focused primarily on general aptitude and Java programming skills rather than on specific experience with other things such as Spring, REST services, Hibernate, etc. · Experience with the more specific technologies is a plus, but client is fine with teaching someone a missing piece if they have a good foundation and the ability to learn quickly. · Very general programming and problem solving ability. · This includes writing code in a Google document on the fly. · Ability to speak in a detail manner about any and all experience listed on one’s resume · The Java work is mainly focused on middle-tier and back-end development as opposed to UI. · Client builds a lot of RESTful web services. Experience with this is a strong nice-to-have but not strictly required. · Client uses Spring and Hibernate. Again, experience with these is a strong nice-to-have but not strictly required if the person. · Ability to understand data models and do basic to mid-level database programming. · Candidates should at least understand how an ORM framework is used.
