Develops and implements high level QA test plans and test cases for assigned functional area; Defines test approaches and strategies using technical requirements and inputs from Business Analysts. 2. Creates and executes detailed test scenarios and workflows for assigned applications from the user’s perspective, applying systematic testing principles to attain good coverage. Submits comprehensive report results and performs bug-fix verification tests. 3. Maintains and executes the existing automated regression suite as well as expanding it under the current framework. 4. Configures and maintains multiple testing environments. 5. Works closely with Business Analysts and Software Developers to ensure quality implementation of engineering and marketing requirements and software development standards. 6. Utilizes lifecycle management platform, bug tracking system, and collaborative programs to coordinate business processes. 7. Evaluates testing effectiveness and consults with management to implement adjustments. *Requirements:* 1. Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or closely related discipline with experience in current software quality assurance practices. 2. 5-7 years related software testing or systems quality assurance experience. 3. Strong working knowledge of software testing methodologies and software development life cycle. 4. Strong process orientation and knowledge of the entire Quality Assurance life cycle. 5. Experience configuring and conducting automated testing using commercial test automation tools, such as HP Unified Functional Testing (UFT), MS Test Manager (VS 2013), and scripting languages such as Perl, Python, etc. 6. Experience with application lifecycle management platforms, such as PTC Integrity and MS TFS. 7. Ability to work independently with excellent organizational skills and the flexibility and adaptability to work on multiple projects. 8. Strong analytical, design, and problem solving skills with exceptional attention to detail. 9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
