Well. It's not a usability bug. It seems to work fine for me though. All of the 0% values are for "Sleeping" processes, that aren't actively using CPU. It also looks like the column gets rounded, probably down, so the 0.001% doesn't show up, as it's close enough to 0. I don't know what else to tell you though. It seems to give me the right info.
