New layout [1] re-adds these (disabled if no item is selected) and
adds some things (mostly spacing changes) to hopefully make the dialog
HIG compliant.
Pretty good, but the HIG would prefer the buttons to be separated by
a bit of space rather than a line:
"Before you add a frame with a visible border or separator to any
window, consider carefully if you really need it. It is usually
better to do without, if the groups can be separated by space alone."
