Background/bias disclosure statement: I had nothing to do with either 
of the designs in question.

(I designed some details of the advanced Fonts and JavaScript settings 
for the Mozilla suite, but those ended up roughly the same in Firefox 
anyway.)

Agreed. It's a shame that, for example, the route to the proxy settings 
has changed between Firefox 1 and 2. But both of them were hugely 
better than Netscape in that regard.
