Thanks for your suggestions! I contacted the KDE list earlier, and am 
currently discussing with some GNOME list members off-list who responded 
to the invitation.

The url must have suffered from placing a comma right after it? 
http://www.constantvzw.com should work. Glad you found the blog at 
http://ospublish.constantvzw.org/ though, slightly different address - 
same organisation ;-)
