An account is a means of identification and authentication of the user.
If you are using a single account for multiple persons, please stop
talking about security and privacy. You didn't get the entire concept.
Example: If you are freely sharing the code to a safe, you CAN NOT
expect the contents to be not accessible by those you told the code.
