This is a great idea for moving forward UX in GNOME!

I'd add that we might want to include a couple of questions about what
things in GNOME get in the way of users' usage goals.  For power-users, this
might mean their productivity, for other users, the word 'productivity'
might be inapropriate.

I used to do some usability studies with animators, and it seems that
knowing the things that are most frustrating can be really enlightening into
the way a user thinks a system works.
