rtlbtfw knows nothing about device with idVendor = 0x2c4e idProduct = 0x0115.
You should manually add them to VID/PID lists in
usr.sbin/bluetooth/rtlbtfw/main.c and
sys/netgraph/bluetooth/drivers/ubt/ng_ubt_rtl.c. Than rebuild and reinstall
both rtlbtfw and kernel.
