No. No single device is capable of more than 200MB/s. What's confusing though 
is that they all show up as being on "USB3 Bus 0" in SoftRAID, and in System 
Profiler they all show up under the same bus-- I haven't poked around with 
IORegistryExplorer.

Is it maybe the case that what System Profiler is displaying is misleading? 
That it is showing a single USB 3.0 bus where there are more?
