I don't know about BeagleBone in particular, but I made a codeless kext for an 
MSP430 dev board <https://github.com/stevecheckoway/rf2500>. A codeless kext is 
nothing more than a Info.plist file in a particular directory structure: 
foo.kext/Contents/Info.plist.
