yeah I converted all my code to using dispatch sources a while back - which means you have to open it non-blocking anyway else GCD doesn’t like it. I just looked and I do turn the DTR requirement off, I set every flag to a known-state so it probably would work with /dev/tty’s again, I haven’t tried since I wrote it long ago.
