Hi Daniel, You won’t find a speed select on the driver side. It is a matter of the capabilities of the USB port on the host and a negotiation between the host and device or any USB hubs in between. If the device is not USB3 then I would agree with the others that the device is just behaving badly.
In case it might be helpful to you, Win 10 has a built in way to get debug info on the USB stack and what its doing including the data it gets from devices.
