This has been an interesting thread on setting up a new domain to point to a folder on on-rev. It's also very helpful advice for migrating an existing domain from one ISP to on-rev.
But what does one do to migrate that domain's existing mail accounts to on-rev? Is it enough to simply recreate the mail account's user names & passwords on on-rev? Or, is some additional magic needed?
