We use Bubba2 which runs headless Debian. Picked because of reliability concerns about the plug systems.

For another use we are going to put together an intel dual core atom board in a fanless mini itx enclosure with a 2.5 sata drive, total cost about the same as the Bubba, but with monitor output. A sort of cost effective version of a Mac Mini.
