When a web app is run in a browser there are two buttons at the upper right: "Resize canvas"
and "Lock/hide mouse pointer". What do these do?
There is also a "Fullscreen" button that throws a javascript error. If/when it works, is it
supposed to change the browser window to full screen? Or just make the stack content fit the
window?
