Receiving all the discussions, my wish is to be able to use IBM’s Quiskit.

One can extend working with the real world problems using the freely available 
IBM Quantum Computing service. The only problem is Quiskit is using Phyton 
access; I am trying to resolve how to get a less complex interface.
