did you dive into the ide repo? that makes searching pretty simple. it
appears in two ide stacks:
revfrontscriptlibrary
revmessagewatcher

in the livecode repo, it appears in the source in a few places as
MCMessageMessages

in all cases it appears to be used as a boolean.
