In the Props palette there are 2 merry buttons, both labelled "Fit
content",
and, although that makes them sound like censor's tools, that is NOT what
they do.

What I would like to do is to find out how to do the equivalent of the
Height "Fit content"
button programmatically, and have not found out how to do that in the
documentation.
