RevOnline is broken. You can upload small files, but anything over an
undetermined limit will just hang, as you have seen. It's apparently a
problem with the LC server, as was discovered during the conference.
It *should* be fixed soon. Meanwhile, an 11k file uploaded without a
problem, but a 42k file hung. The border is somwhere in between.
