Thierry, Sorry I missed this in your email. Yes there is a problem with the arrow key navigation. They only work when you have the browse tool selected. In fact it's worse than that because if you select a control in lcStackBrowser and it is on an open card, the control is selected in the IDE. Then you will be in edit mode and pressing the arrow keys will move the control - not good!
I am changing the keys that do this navigation in the next release. Page Up will go to the previous object of the same type; Page Down will go to the next object of the same type; Home will go to the object's owner.
