We experienced an issue just now which caused some disruption on the
server. The issue itself has been resolved, but there is some residual
high load which we're working to bring down now. The server should be
operating normally within the next 20 minutes.

Why do I dislike the word "issue" so much?
Might be because it is semantically fairly empty, and is often used as a
way of avoiding
explaining what the real problem actually is.
