But . . . then I have the cheapest internet package my ISP provides
(about 16 pounds a month
for LAN internet and Cable TV & telephone) that runs about 4 times
faster than the much
vaunted "Broad Band" that the British government keeps rabbitting on about.
But, then, state control is something Bulgarians have tried and suffered.
