The MC icons are images stored in the RR library stack, and if they were
not imported into the source stack then they would be missing. The
graphic objects should show though. If you can post the source stack
somewhere we can take a look.

Are they missing on both Mac and Windows on other machines besides
your own? It sure sounds like a referenced images problem to me. Do
you have access to the source stack so you could check?
I agree with others that the UAC wouldn't likely interfere.
