I need to send this word to the server: SanterĂa

When urlEncoded, LiveCode produces: Santer%92a

The encoded character is a backslash instead of the accent-i. The server doesn't recognize that, and online URL encoders give various different encodings depending on what source I designate (ascii, UTF8, UTF16, etc.)

Where did LC get %92, and how would I correct the encoding? I'm using LC 6.6.1, we're not ready to make a switch yet.
