Hi folks,

Did this discussion ever get resolved? If you need to refer to
properties of a button that holds a behavior script, is there any way
to override the meaning of 'me'? Normally 'me' in a behavior script
refers to the object that is executing the behavior script.

We had a long discussion a few months back about referring to parent
behaviors, and one of the tongue-in-cheek(?) suggestions was 'the
effective me'. But how could one refer to the button holding the
behavior script? 'the real me'?

Struggling with who I really am,

It was "this me" and it's in there. I thought it was silly at the time, and yet, it's does describe it correctly and no one could think of a better term. And I had to use it yesterday and it works.
