All I really need is a secure option for postgres, like there is for
mySQL.  Or to do ssl, well, securely.

I suppose I can use sockets with a key number as the first element (to know
which decryption key to use), and the rest decrypted.  But it seems such a
waste to encrypt for ssl just to make it fail at the other end if it's
anything else . . .
