In the meantime the customer was able to install the „custom“ version of Wordpress. Installation was denied, because i had installed an account wide .htaccess firewall some months ago. This firewall protects against "evil exploits, bad requests, and other nefarious garbage“. http://perishablepress.com/5g-blacklist-2013/ I had to disable it for the installation process and enabled it after installation.
