No idea how to reproduce *this* one; it bit three or four times today. all windows on main screen, except the application browser, which overlapped both. Yosemite, but with that separate workspaces nonsense turned off.
At times, it would pop the "are you sure"/save boxes on the second screen. I have no idea why. It is impossible to click either choice when this happens.
