Hi Brahmanathaswami, I installed LC server 7.0.4 in a Linux machine. I have a similar problem with the chartonum function of special chars (ie àèùì .. ). As an example: function chartonum("à") return 195 istead of 136 function chartonum("è") return 195 istead of 143 I do not know why. Paolo Mazza
