I have a fresh installation of Linux Mint 18 64bit on my machine at home
and a fresh installation of Ubuntu 16.04 64bit as a virtual machine with
virtualbox. I installed LC 8.0.2 (rc3) for all users in both and have no
dictionary.
If I start LC with terminal I get this:

Is there a bug report for this? I don't have Xubuntu set up here, but I
do run Ubuntu and Lubuntu so maybe I can help pin down what's happening
with that 64-bit version.
I have this problem with Ubuntu 16.04 in portuguese, too.
At least, with LC 32-bits the dictionary open in Chrome, not blank.
