I am porting a stack from the Mac to Windows. Unfortunately, I have
little experience with Windows fonts.
In particular I need to know what fixed width fonts are common on the
PC. I have found one, "Courier New" ("Courier," the old version, is
very jagged in the size I need.)
What other fixed width fonts can I count on the user having on his
or her machine?
