You've mentioned this to me before, Kevin, but it doesn't work for 
me. I'll send you a screen shot of the Application Overview when I 
have my menu group selected: the "Place" button is greyed out and 
inaccessible. I'd imagine that the "Groups" tab of the Properties 
Window would be another place to look for "Place on All Cards," but 
there's nothing there, either.
