Perl 5.8.6 is already installed in every Tiger systems
and Perl 5.8.8 in Leopard systems.
As far as I know , the Tk packages for Perl need to be run on
the top of X11, which is not installed by default
( see in your Apple Cds , you have the X11 package there )
and then, download from cpan the Tk modules....
