When Vista makes it's hidden little backups of our files and stashes
them away, is it possible that when a user quits the standalone,
Vista keeps one of those hidden files open that doesn't show up in
the Tasks window?
So that the program doesn't fully quit?
Is it possible?
And if so, is there a way to keep Vista from using those backup files
to override the user quitting and so forth?
