There is a way that I read about and I'm not sure that I remember it exactly, but apparently if your app's file name is "Install.exe" or maybe it was "Setup.exe", then Vista automatically puts you into admin mode. This seems such an enormous security flaw that I can't believe they actually do it, but you might like to give it a test.
