Feel free to use the stack and name.... I the ToolTip Tricks up awhile
ago to show what might be possible with the built in tooltips, I think
they should be combined to also show the roll your own versions as well.
Ideas:
Colored text
animated/scrolling text
2 line tooltips
picture backgrounds etc.
window shape tooltips
etc.
