I was thrilled to be helpful to the visitors to the many sides of Las Vegas. Yes, only 10 miles from the strip is the wilderness of the Red Rock Canyon State Park. The best part for me is that RevConLive was 8 miles from my house, so I could socialize in the evenings and on Sunday afternoon. My work schedule would not permit attending classes, but doing the poolside until midnight was a great night. I am also happy that Richard's quest to find petroglyphs (ancient American Indian paintings in the desert) was successful. Rather amazing given that all he used was a general description in a book. It was quite a climb around the cliffside for Andre Garzia, Phil Davis, Richard, and me. So many names now have faces and voices (and smiles) for me. I appreciate the kindness and camaraderie that everyone showed.
