Tom, I use the freeware "CutePDF writer" as a virtual printer driver. Make sure to click both the "Free Download" and the "Free Converter" and install both. It uses Ghostscript as the engine, and makes very nice PDFs from Revolution cards. http://www.cutepdf.com/Products/CutePDF/writer.asp
