Well, I cheat on the working hours, as I have a day-job and do my Revolution stuff after hours ;-) And yes, the time-difference means that sometimes I don't get to a message in a timely manner, especially when my day-job is placing extra demands on my 'little grey cells' (as Poirot would call them) and then I may need some prodding before I actually go read my mails.
