Last Friday I purchased Scripter's Scrapbook from Flexible Learning. They say you will receive your registration key within 24 house but it is now Monday afternoon which is well over 24 house and I have not received it. I have sent them email because it says if you don't receive it to contact them but they have failed to reply.
Is this common with them or what is going on?
