I wish. It was the first thing I checked, but there are no error messages in the log about libraries. There are no messages from or about the engine at all -- so I think it has to be a system configuration problem. I just don't know what, since I've never seen this happen before. In the past, the engine would start up and if there was a problem I'd get a report about it. I wonder if the admin needs to assign mime types or something. It's almost like the OS doesn't know it is supposed to trigger the engine.
