Hi erik, not all into one single Midi Event... If you use a standart GM/GS Device you will send the correct ProgramChange Event for the organ first. Sorrowly Tempo is not a MIDI event. (You might want to google for MIDI-Clock-Sync though). And afterwards you need to send Notes on/off messages to your MIDI device. Well I guess thatīs not very helpful...
