Mark, Sorry for the REALLY long delay I appreciate your response. I tried the Buffer setting and that setting actually made things even tougher. The player had no response after setting buffer to true. I do have QuickTime loaded on my PC (and working). I still have the same issue where the players' volume bar does not show up on the card. It will, however, show up on the desk top if I move the player far enough to the left side of the current card/stack. So the volume bar is actually there all of the time...just "under" the stack. Just to make sure, I moved the player "To the Front" with no luck.
