1) How can I find out the name of the user's Default printer?
2) The following messages have no effect on Windows, unless I do NOT
call "answer printer". On Mac OS X, they never have any effect,
regardless of whether I call "answer printer" or "open printing with
dialog".
set the printCardBorders to true
set the printScale to 0.9
set the printRotated to true
