Thanks for posting this. It is useful to know that there are more
prople who encounter this problem.
If you search the QCC for "sePrefGet", you will see that this is a
known bug.

One has to quit RR and relaunch to get rid of the problem
-- for a while (reproducible...)
simply closing the "offending" (?) is not sufficient
