Doesn't work for me using 3.0 and Leopard, either. I suspect it has to
do with them using the underline character AND Command/Shift rather
than the minus sign and Command/Shift, which is what it is.

Anyone else out there? Does "Command-Shift -" uncomment the selected
text in RR 3.0 running on the Mac (10.4.11)?
